Micrographics was established in 1980 by providing microfilming services to the University of Florida. Founded as a 16mm source document service company, we have since converted tens of millions of documents. We are proudly recognized as one of the most successful service companies in the document and information management processing industry. We capture over two million images during an average month.
We want to Educate through the Delivery of Integrated, High Quality Document Management Solutions.
Our Goal, as we work with clients, is to Assess their Records Management and Workflow Environments and to Design, Implement, and Support Comprehensive Solutions that meet their needs.
Micrographics employs Open Architecture Software, Classic Records Management Processes, and Records Management Processes, and the Appropriate Technologies.
Key Personnel
Phylis Craig is President and CEO of Micrographics. Ms. Craig develops, in conjunction with Mr. Craig and Ms. Van Hart, the vision and direction of Micrographics.
Jim Craig is the Board of Directors’ Treasurer. Mr. Craig’s area of expertise is document management. He has participated in many archival projects both in the USA and off shore and is a lively speaker. Please contact Mr. Craig regarding sales questions or speaking engagements.
Jennifer Van Hart is the Vice President of Micrographics. Ms. Van Hart is a New Zealander with several degrees, B.A., B.Com, M.Com (hons), from the University of Canterbury. Her specialty is Information Systems Management. Ms. Van Hart is currently serving on the AIIM Document Management Service Provider Executive Forum Committee as past chair. Will Rigsbee is Inside Sales and Office Manager. Mr. Rigsbee has extensive knowledge of the scanner lines Micrographics offers as well as the ins and outs of maintaining these pieces of equipment. Mr. Rigsbee is also the person to speak to with respect to orders for micrographics supplies such as toners, lamps, and microfilm. Please contact Mr. Rigsbee with billing inquires.
Carole DeLille is the Production Manager for Micrographics. Ms. DeLille has over five years experience in the industry. She is responsible for the accurate and timely conversion of all media during the production cycle. She has extensive knowledge in quality microfilming and electronic imaging.
