The Gainesville office of InStream, LLC (formerly Micrographics) was established in 1980 providing microfilming services to the University of Florida. Founded as a 16mm source document service company, we have since converted billions of documents. We are proudly recognized as one of the most successful companies in the document and information management processing industry.
As we work with clients, our goal is to assess their records management and workflow environments and to design, implement and support scalable and comprehensive solutions that meet their needs.

Jenni Van Hart, Business Development Executive
Ms. Van Hart joined the Micrographics' team in 1998. She has with several degrees, B.A., B.Com, M.Com (hons), from the University of Canterbury. With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Van Hart's specialties include information systems management, evolving technologies, and process development. She has served as secretary on the Board of the North Central/Gainesville Chapter of Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) and also served and chaired the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM) Service Company Executive Forum Committee.


Jim Craig, Archival and Process Consultant, Business Development Executive
Mr. Craig's area of expertise is archival document preservation and in document workflow. In his 30+ years with Micrographics, he has participated in many archival projects both in the USA and offshore and is a sought after speaker. Mr. Craig has a B.A. from Florida State University in Political Science. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Chapter, Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM), was a Charter member and served on the Board of the North Central/Gainesville Chapter of Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA). He has also served on several AIIM standards committees relating to images and documents.
Billy Doring, Sales Manager
Mr. Doring has extensive experience with both microfilming and scanning equipment. He has provided customers with solutions and services to enable them to gain efficiencies, reduce cost and raise quality. Mr. Doring has an A.A. degree from Santa Fe College in Accounting.
