InStream, LLC offers scanner service and maintenance on all brands of scanners currently in the marketplace.  

 

With certified and trained technicians available throughout the country, InStream, LLC can provide the service and maintenance you need to keep your scanners running smoothly.

 

Service Options Include:

• Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) for smaller scanners where a replacement unit is shipped directly to you and you box up the old scanner and ship it back to the manufacturer.

• On-site Basic Maintenance (covers labor, travel, and parts for Break Fixes), consumables are not included.

• On-site ScanCare Maintenance (covers labor, travel, and parts).  Includes Periodic Maintenance calls and consumables.

• Repair Service for some scanners not currently covered by a maintenance contract.
